24/7 Mobile Semi-Truck Tire Replacement Across Northeast PA

When a commercial tire fails, every minute costs you money driver hours, missed delivery windows, hot loads sitting on the shoulder, and DOT exposure. Richardson Roadside Assistance is the trucker-owned mobile tire service that keeps Northeast Pennsylvania rolling. We dispatch a fully-stocked service truck straight to your breakdown, mount your replacement casing on-site, torque to spec, and get you back on the road usually inside an hour of your call.

When You Need a Semi-Truck Tire Replaced Not Just Repaired

A plug or patch is fine for small punctures in the crown, but federal regulations (49 CFR §393.75) and every reputable fleet policy require full replacement in specific situations. Call us for a replacement not a repair when you see any of the following:

  • Blowout or sidewall damage. Any cut, bulge, or exposed cord in the sidewall means the tire is done.
  • Tread below 4/32″ on steer, 2/32″ on drive/trailer. You will fail a Level 1 inspection and get an out-of-service order.
  • Belt separation, flat-spotting, or chunking. These cause vibration, poor fuel economy, and imminent failure.
  • Run-flat or over-heated casings. A tire driven flat is structurally compromised it cannot be safely repaired.
  • Any damage to a steer tire. FMCSA prohibits repaired steer tires on commercial vehicles. Full stop.

If you are not sure whether your tire can be repaired or must be replaced, call (570) 309-2516. We will walk you through it over the phone in under two minutes and dispatch the right unit for the job.
