Services Provided
Richardson Roadside Assistance LLC offers mobile roadside services including but not limited to:
- Flat tire repair or replacement
- Battery jump-start and diagnostics
- Lockout services
- Fuel and diesel delivery
- Stripped lug nut removal
- Radiator/coolant fluid delivery
- DOT jump starts for commercial trucks
- Fleet maintenance coordination
- Mobile mechanic referrals
Services are offered within Scranton, PA and nearby serviceable areas. Availability may vary depending on location, weather, and technician scheduling.
Service Requests & Response Time
We aim to respond to all service calls promptly. However, response times may vary due to factors such as traffic, weather, distance, or other emergency jobs in progress. We will communicate estimated arrival times clearly, but we do not guarantee exact arrival times.
Payments & Pricing
- Payment is due at the time of service.
- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, or mobile payment methods (if applicable).
- All prices are subject to change without notice.
- Quotes are estimates only and may vary based on the actual condition of the vehicle and complexity of the job.
Additional charges may apply for:
- Extended travel to remote areas
- After-hours or holiday service

Cancellations & No-Show Fees
If you need to cancel your service request, please notify us as soon as possible.
- Cancellations made after the technician is en route may be subject to a service fee.
- If our technician arrives on-site and the customer is unavailable or unwilling to proceed, a minimum call-out charge will apply.
Liability Disclaimer
While we take every precaution to handle your vehicle safely and professionally, Richardson Roadside Assistance LLC is not liable for:
- Pre-existing vehicle damage or mechanical failure
- Damage resulting from the vehicleās poor condition (e.g., rusted lug nuts, faulty battery terminals, etc.)
- Items lost, damaged, or stolen from within the vehicle
- Any delay or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, traffic, etc.)
We are not responsible for damages occurring as a result of customer instructions or requests that override standard safety procedures.
Customer Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information regarding the vehicle’s issue, location, and condition
- Ensure a safe and legal location for our technician to operate
- Cooperate with our staff and follow safety instructions
- Pay in full at the time of service
We reserve the right to refuse service to customers who are aggressive, abusive, under the influence, or who create unsafe environments.
Warranty & Guarantee
We stand by the quality of our service. If there is an issue with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours. However, we do not provide warranties on vehicle components or repairs beyond the scope of roadside assistance.
For ongoing mechanical issues, we recommend visiting a certified auto repair facility.
Commercial Services & Fleet Accounts
If you are a commercial customer or fleet partner, separate agreements may apply regarding:
- Response times
- Invoicing terms
- Custom pricing plans
- Priority support

Mobile Mechanic Referrals
We may refer customers to mobile mechanics or third-party repair providers. Richardson Roadside Assistance LLC is not responsible for services provided by third parties. Always confirm pricing, service scope, and liability directly with the referred provider.

Use of our website and online forms constitutes agreement to be contacted by Richardson Roadside Assistance LLC via phone, text, or email in response to your inquiry. We do not sell or share your information with third parties outside of service delivery needs.
